THE RESPONSIBILITY OF NOTARIES AS PUBLIC SERVANTS REGARDING DESIRED AGREEMENT DEEDS USING BRAILLE SCRIPT

This research examines the aspects of notary's responsibility as a public servant, specifically regarding individuals with disabilities, in relation to Law Number 25 2009 on Public Services. The notary is involved and has provide services public. In this study, researcher addresses two topics: duties responsibilities use Braille script desired deeds. To answer these discussions, author adopts normative juridical approach through study legal materials literature sources related chosen theme. findings indicate that workload tasks servant private realm, copies well minutes deeds can be made using script. International Organization's Notarial Guide Good Practices for People With Disabilities recommended establishment specific regulations essentially allowing way maximize services.
